How Do I Take Colostrum?

It's simple. Healthy children and adults should take two tablets or capsules FIRST thing
in the morning with a glass of water.

If you have any health concerns, you just increase the amount taken until you get results
and then reduce to the maintenance level of two tablets (or capsules) a day. Use a powder
if you prefer. Also good for pets.

Other points to note:

  • Vegetarians, including many Hindu spiritual leaders, having been taking colostrum for
centuries. The capsules are also vegi-caps.
  • Colostrum is proven to improve athlete's performance and build body mass
  • Non breast fed children should take colostrum to provide the immune and growth factors
breast feeding should have provided and formula cannot.

There are no negative side effects and the growth factors produce significant positive side effects,
which are:

  • Reduces wrinkles
  • Accelerates fat burning
  • Regulates mood swings
  • Balances blood sugar levels
  • Increases performance
  • Accelerates wound/tissue healing
  • Increases mental alertness

"Colostrum is so safe, it has been prepared by nature as the first food for infants. It would be
hard to imagine any nutritional substance more natural or beneficial."
